Airship research - Environment Styles

At this point in my project, I have been looking at the different styles of modeling. I have been looking at games that have a similar or the same theme as what I wish to create. Games such as  'BioShock Infinite'.   This game displays the style of airship and environment I want to achieve within my project. In addition to this, I also have been looking at this game for its use of exterior movements, such as the engines and other mechanical pieces. I want to aim to create this idea because of its ability to create a fully immersive and realistic experience for the player.  The screenshots below are from the ' BioShock Infinite' trailer. The link is as follows:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQZd5jGWUOo This is a screenshot from the  'Bioshock Infinite'   trailer. This will allow me to take ideas of the exterior views, the scenery, and landscape which can be viewed. In addition, the moving parts of the city are visible. This is a screenshot from

Movement Within Film

Within my work, I want to incorporate moving parts. Such as cogs, large wheels, pipes, etc. Industrial mechanical environment features. I want to achieve this so I can create a fully immersive and exciting environment for the player to explore and work within.  I have been looking at films and how the CGI effects can be transferred into movement within a game. 'Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones' involves a scene that depicts a moving conveyor belt with many moving parts of machinery. I want to use these as inspirations because of the repetitive nature, not unlike an n airship the parts move to complete a sequence. This is something that I can utilise in my work.  The scene link is as follows :  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzWyLDQvKng&t=1s A screenshot  Add caption

Concept art Research

I have been looking at concept art to gain an idea to create my own designs of an airship. Looking at works on Artstation specifically, there are an array of works that I have taken influence from with elements of colour, style, shape etc. I have found this very useful in the researching process and will continue to refer back to these concepts throughout my project to keep a consistent relation to these ideas.  The links to each artist's page will be shown in correlation to the images used.  Felipe Marques-  https://www.artstation.com/artwork/6GD6r Eddie Del Rio -  https://www.artstation.com/kackey22 Le Vuong -  https://www.artstation.com/artwork/9vlBN Thomas Chamberlain- Keen -  https://www.artstation.com/artwork/3DORJ Karol Miklas -  https://www.artstation.com/artwork/AeXXq Eddie Mendoza -  https://www.artstation.com/artwork/2oXxJ Lincoln Renall -  https://www.artstation.com/artwork/q2Kwn Jonat
